Boundaries.

Lualdi Advisors is not an asset manager. The firm builds the systems that asset managers use. There is no fund, no assets under management, and no performance fees.

There is no public sign-up, no public pricing, and no open enrolment. Engagements are by introduction or referral and run under signed advisory agreements.

The firm does not publish trade signals, portfolio recommendations, or buy and sell decisions.

What a model result is, and is not.

SIGMA, MITHRIL, REALIST, and the firm’s other systems produce estimates. Findings are graded for confidence and dated. A confidence grade is a statement about evidence, not a guarantee of outcome.

Screening layers run before engineering and legal diligence, not instead of them, and each is explicit about the questions it cannot settle. On energy work that includes interconnection queue position and water rights. On capital markets work it includes anything that depends on holdings data that was never disclosed.

Where the inputs come from.

Findings draw on public filings, market data, published research, and satellite-derived observation. Third-party data is used as received, and is validated against independent references where the firm states that it has been.

The firm does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. Figures may be revised as sources are updated or corrected.

Statements about the future.

Research may contain forward-looking statements, including projections of capacity, pricing, supply, demand, and regulatory change. These reflect judgement at the time of writing, rest on assumptions stated where material, and are subject to change without notice.
