Lualdi Advisors has reached an agreement to sell its geospatial-intelligence workstation to Aspen Dynamics, a US-based research and data firm. The transaction transfers the workstation — an internal analytical platform developed by Lualdi Advisors for geospatial data processing and visualisation — to a buyer whose core research focus makes it a natural operating home for the tool.
The workstation was developed internally as part of Lualdi Advisors' geospatial research capability. The decision to sell reflects the firm's continued focus on its advisory and product mandate rather than maintaining standalone analytical infrastructure beyond its core deployment.
Aspen Dynamics
Aspen Dynamics is a US-based research and data firm operating in the geospatial intelligence space. The firm's existing capability in data acquisition, processing, and applied research made it the appropriate recipient for a workstation of this character.
"The workstation was built to solve a specific class of geospatial problem. Aspen Dynamics has the operational context to take it further than we would have within our own mandate."
— Alex Lualdi - CEO, Lualdi Advisors
The sale does not affect Lualdi Advisors' existing product suite or any client-facing capability. The firm's advisory and research operations continue without interruption.
Lualdi Advisors builds what the work demands. Aspen Dynamics runs a research operation organised entirely around geospatial intelligence, and will take the workstation further than the firm's own mandate ever called for.
